Chart on mobile won't show correctly, When enlarge chart open in new window it freeze, unable to move.

InstaCharts currently takes up a lot of device resources to draw charts. It is not noticeable on desktop but can feel slow on less powerful mobile devices. Will take a lot of restructuring to fix this.
