Radar Charts & New Chart Library!

Big update! The team has switched to a new charting library which allows for more flexibility and interaction when creating charts. Some of the highlights:

Users can now create Radar charts!
Chart legends are more interactive. Click on an item in the legend to add or remove its data from the chart. Hover over an item to highlight it in the chart.
Overall a more modern chart look
Updated trend line appearance
