Improved bin ranges & sorting

A few fixes and improvements have been made around binning ranges.

Users can now set the number of bins to appear in each axis. This number is not exact - the software will find a "nice" number of bins to use based on the user's setting, in order to neatly divide up values. Read more here: Limit Items

Users can also now select which axis to sort their pie pieces or stacked bar pieces by.
