Chart autosize and label length

Charts will now autosize by default on the x-axis when there are more than 20 items to draw. This will help users to instantly visualize datasets with a large number of nominal values.
The limit on label lengths has been greatly increased; Item labels on the X and Y Axis can now be much longer than before.
Various bug fixes.
