You can now invite teammates as Editors and Admins in any paid InstaCharts workspace. Your team can build sheets and charts together in one shared workspace, with each person's access set by their role.
How it works
- Open Members in your workspace's left sidebar and click Invite Member. Enter their email address, choose a role and add an optional message.
- Editors can create, edit and delete sheets and charts. Admins can do the same and can also manage members and workspace settings.
- Each Editor and Admin uses one seat at your workspace's plan price: $10 per user per month on Starter and $19 per user per month on Pro. Each paid workspace can also include up to 5 Viewers for free.
- A seat is added to your subscription as soon as someone joins as an Editor or Admin. When someone leaves or moves to Viewer, the unused time is credited to your next invoice.
- You can change a member's role or remove them at any time from the Members tab.
More capacity as your team grows
- Every seat adds your plan's monthly tasks and AI credits to a shared pool that everyone in the workspace can use.
- Editors work with your workspace's plan limits for rows, columns, file size and storage, even when their own account is on the Free plan.
